This is what I posted in my most recent apple store purchase survey:
“Your request assistance service doesn’t work very well from the iphone. I stood around looking at employees walking around and talking with each other while I was trying to purchase a $130 item. I have purchased something from every flavor of apple. I know the routine, but the we waited for 10 minutes looking for help.
Only when I was totally disappointed did you sales staff finally show up. They only had excuses and attitudes. I would never recommend the bayshore apple store to anyone. If I ever need to buy anything I will avoid that store at all costs.
13 hours after this terrible experience I was able to tell most people that I know professionally that Bayshore was a bunch of idiots and how poorly I was treated. How easily your employees would talk down to me. I can’t believe it.
I came into schedule a appointment for the macbook hinge you fixed that is now more broken than it was before. As a loyal customer for years, you guys completely failed me last night. For as many good experiences that I’ve had there, I’ve had just as many poor experiences. Great technology, crappy attitudes. “
I’m sure I’m not the only one that this happens too. The Apple sales associates are always hit and miss.
