Social Identifiers and social design trends are a big part of what I do, these are already finding their way into my blog and will have a place here in the coming future.

A pulse on design trends, usability/design/graphic quotes, amazing photography, and links to keep everyone busy, plus a few songs that are currently stuck on repeat.

This is getting to be a bit Apple focused and iPhone crazy. If you can't tell I love tech gadgets and the iPhone is my gadget of choice. I will be building an Apple gadget specific website soon so this area will be free'd up for more design related topics.

Recently did some work on a great looking website, BMC.com. They have a pretty sophisticated color, gradient, icon and photography style.

Their design team has done a great job creating the best tech look. 

I really like the cloud icons. They are collaged and layered it a point where they have become a hybrid icon/image that has so much visual value, it truly communicates more than a standard icon.

The colors & collage is perfect for a computer/technology company.

This is great because I just watched all three movies in one day. I think one of my favorite parts is ending of the second movie where Biff and Marty have the tunnel scene. Doc flyin around with those flags hangin off the delorean. AWESOME.

This is my future studio. Wood floor, white walls, plenty of counter space, portfolio drawers, books and colors. These bright white colored walls are very uplifting and inspirational. This is a dream.

If your a designer and you have ever had to create an branded/graphic email you understand how crazy they can be. Testing is a nightmare and never ending. So in that same spirit, when you find a really well done email it is only right to call it out as an amazing example of the high artform. Well done Fossil!

Another amazing movie poster. Sunshine is a great sci-fi flick about the mission to restart our dying Sun. Check it out. Now that’s a front desk. I like that there are additional details in the side and the desktop for power, or phone cables. I’m not sure how nice the seat it, but I’m guessing that it’s pretty nice.  nevver: The Front Desk, Peugeot 1966
