Social Identifiers and social design trends are a big part of what I do, these are already finding their way into my blog and will have a place here in the coming future.
A pulse on design trends, usability/design/graphic quotes, amazing photography, and links to keep everyone busy, plus a few songs that are currently stuck on repeat.
This is getting to be a bit Apple focused and iPhone crazy. If you can't tell I love tech gadgets and the iPhone is my gadget of choice. I will be building an Apple gadget specific website soon so this area will be free'd up for more design related topics.
A really nice poster piece from Jeremy Pettis. Man this guy knows his shit. As a friend I can easily say that there is really knowing Jeremy can’t do.

Cool looking stationary set. I like the browns. Very rarely do people pick a family of colors like this and make it work. That orang-brown piece on the left throws me for a loop.

Guys over at PTARMAK are amazing. Take a look through their website, their portfolio is quite the inspiration.

Love this neon light. If you watched the movie you probably loved it. It was violent at times, but so is life. The music and the scorpion jacket. Damn, Drive.

Nice Type. Great detail and shading.

In homage to Mardi Gras and the big easy.
I love the old type left over from our past. Huge, metal, and rusted. I would like to see more monster ads in play, but they have all been replaced by plastic, glowing ugly signs.

Slick cover typography. Nice angles and 3D effect paired with the traditional masthead.

Cool poster has a very simple process, but the impact is remarkable. The texture and layering of color really stands out in this poster. Transparent layers of color mix together in a very beautiful way. I like to think that this is easier to do by hand, but now-a-days who knows really.

The depth and movement is very Nike. I think this piece misses a bit on the textures to really sell the idea. It’s all in the details, look at the shadows - they are soft, they react to the light source nicely. These details are great, a few more and it would be an award winning piece.

House is putting on a show.
A tad bit aggressive, but I understand and appreciate the type.

My buddy, JP is getting some recognition in the tumblr community. Looks Sweet!

Sweet, just another piece of pop culture. Very well done.
